Simply put, GM gets a right to purchase 6000tpa of Ni and 800tpa of Co FOR THE FIRST 10 YEARS OF PRODUCTION, unless LG and POSCO pull out, or a second train is built. From year 11 onwards, GM will get access to 16,000 and 1,800tpa + 100% more IF THE SECOND TRAIN IS BUILT.
