The price action perplexes me but it doesn't concern me.
I work for an American owned multinational in M&A and I know that they will not be throwing money away at this project. The usual amount of hoops jumped and diligence done for that sum of money tells me that things must be pretty buttoned up at this point.
Whilst the sum isn't a huge amount for GM, there are systems in place that prevent you from just burning it on a whim.
