re: Ann: Investment by Quintiles, Placement o... Two wasted years. Now selling 50% of the company at rock bottom prices. This is a terrible result for investors thrust upon us by a board and management who should be doing a better job.

If Quintiles are doing the PII trial then that's outrageous. They fork out $2.3M to ensure they get $25M in fees, plus they get what is in effect a call option on a successful trial.

I would have preferred to see Quintiles get up to 40% of the company in return for doing the trials. Less dilution and less conflict. Of course there are many other options I'd have preferred even more.
