From a "progressing the project" viewpoint this is excellent news. Making sure that XAM maintain control looks like it's going to be a challenge. There are protections in the deal, but they are time limited and Zijin clearly want to be calling the shots. It's definitely something to keep an eye on as it may be an issue post FID. It's not a worry for the next 12 months IMO
