Silly question time.
Current market cap is 20 odd million. They will soon own 49% of the company after a vote... now they are bankrolling the operation. Why wouldn't they just buy the other half and be done with it? Take it off the ASX and then they don't have to worry about running a public company, associated costs and ongoing disclosure. To take ownership of this company would be peanuts for them.
Also at what point does the Foreign Investment Review Board come into play and get involved?
