The cynical part of me though wonders if the dump last week was to help get the share price down to the level to suit this announcement?
My cynicism aside if this is the only way we can put a shovel in the ground, so be it. 3rd/4th quarter this year is not far away at all. I'm visualising Hebang importing 10,000 chinese with shovels to get things cracking.
