Good point…I think we are concentrating too much on the finance deal and not focussing on the actual business.

There will be many million cases of companies successfully utilising last minute funds and much lesser percentage of failures as well. You cant compare one with the other. Same happens to people as well. There can be few cases where someone borrows last minute and still not make it, but in reality most people get back on their feet… If you compare Bergen to Cash Convertors, same thing happens. Some cases where everything is lost and many cases they have helped people get back to their lives. They wont be surviving otherwise. That doesn’t mean, anyone who borrows from them is set to doom.
