Gee, surprise surprise - another $6.5 mill vanishes into the black hole AREOF which provides no disclosure.
How this is in the best interests of unitholders is beyond me.
Why not just buy back the stock and make a risk-free 70% return (assuming NTA is legitimate)?
Almost willing to bet that AREOF will use the funds in that typically perverse 'creative' AIMS way of consolidating control/voting rights in associated vehicles...
