Maybe the announcement could have provided a little more detail explaining who ELT is, why this investment was made by MLX, what ELT will use the funds for or what ELT's major project is? No explanation why market price was paid. And appears to lack the high charged emotion normally seen in this kind of announcement.
Cheers to the posters who provided background, looks like a good deal regardless so maybe MLX doesn't have time to toot its own horn and just gets on with things.
And to honest at about 1% of our market cap kinda immaterial but, with the right management and jurisdiction, I like these moonshot deals.
