I like this trade , 1% of the market cap for a potential 15% increase in atributed Tin production , with a cash mountain they could potentially do another covnertable debt deal for a high rate of interest and equity upside, getting controlling stakes in all the emerging Tin projects around is a nice move when they can get them very cheap like this, paying an implied 10% of the NPV , the cash pile gives them lots of options , especially with a distressed partner they are also hoping to buy out on the very cheap ....
