Sn has a speculative element just like any metal traded on the metals exchanges. Thats why we are so lucky to have management who are cautious and use their better vantage point/perspective to move in a considered fashion.
I remember only months ago on these boards significantly inexperienced people babbling on about what management should do with the cash and berating them for holding too much cash with no plan.
It's the difference between running a company and providing gratuitous impatient opinions (myself included).
