    Capital raises are always less than market price to encourage maximum participation. You would normally expect an initial fall in the share price to close the gap - we'll have to wait and see to what extent. These fluctuations are short term and the value assessment is whether this is a value accretive transaction. If so, market price will rise over time.

    I expect to take up most of the entitlement. The dividend will pay for the extra investment over the next 12 months and the company appears to be in a growth mode.
