So, piecing together the story from this public information:
- Initial equity ($3m) was raised in Dec 2021 at a $10m valuation. PVL held ~1.7% at that time.-
- Additional equity ($20m) was raised in Sept 2022 - at a $75m valuation. Post dilution PVL held about 1.25% at that time, which led to a ~$680k carrying value uplift to ~$930k.
- Now, further equity ($120m) has been raised as of Oct 2023 - at an unknown valuation.
