15% to BRK, 35% Tulsa Equity Group (investing ~$3m pro rata in accordance with their respective interests - so I make that ~$900k for BRK and ~$2.1m for TEG over three years). Management is earning their 50%.
No free shares for Prentice - his is a non-exec of Black Mesa.
Looks like a nice option to me - limited cash commitment and leaves the Company with flex to do other deals...
