Its not only Discovery versus MHC. As stated in the latest announcement, they are also considering wind up, i.e. sell everything and return the cash to shareholders.
I wouldn't be overly upset by that option. Actually not at all upset. It totally solves the high management expenses problem.
Any such decision would be made by the major shareholders.
