    A windup would return about $1.18 less windup expenses, so maybe about $1.14 roughly.

    Nobody is going to make a TO offer at more than NAV. Why should they when the current market price is so far below NAV?

    I don't think that your entry cost is relevant- that's in the past.

    Anyway we're still waiting on the recommendations. Windup is only one of the options being considered.
