For the life of me, I cannot understand why someone would short this stock. The net asset per share given in the last investor presentation was about $2.90+/$3.00 per share. Even assuming zero growth, you'd get your money back on a worst case scenario or most of it (even if some cases are lost and impaired).
Does anyone here have a short case on OBL that they'd like to put forward?
