    The company has a negative enterprise value and its trading on a deep discount to the value of its own investments in cases .

    It’s worth buying by a competitor just for the cases and to exit all the useless staff and overheads accumulated in the Saker days .

    The fact they failed to run an AGM and took 3 years to fix it said everything about how bad the management is .
