I see DVI will be raising capital of $750k for this purchase. Allure will certainly be cashed up post-transaction. It will be interesting to see a pro-forma balance sheet for DVI post-capital raising. The ASX-listed company of DVI still needs to be properly capitalised for the needs of the hotel business.
