18% is a bit of a guess, going off last NTA price as announced on ASX.
NCS is 1.25% management fee and 20% above small caps all ords index
NCC is 1.25% management fee and 15% above small caps all ords index
Interestingly over the weekend NAC just changed it's performance fees to above the ASX accumulation index - much better. but 1.75% management fee is very high, i just won't pay that. If they went down to 1.25% i'd probably pay that.
