NSC has fallen 10% when the market for small caps is up 3.5% ,shareholders have lost total faith is these guys. Maybe quoting successful investors as their approach does not resinate with investors when their historic performance over all periods but the first year was well under industry average .
I don't model this but clearly the smart ones do and they are getting out. I'm long and wrong clearly the previous directors knew what they were doing opposing these guys.
