What do you mean they have to go? Part of the deal was that Naos were locked in and couldn't be removed for a minimum period. 5 years+ I believe, but will have to double check.. (might be longer)
But either way in any scenario Naos are here to stay for quite along time. So they won't be voted out or pushed out by Geoff Wilson for example (which someone else mentioned)
If you own this stock right now. Then you are 100% solely backing The Naos management team to turn around their dismal performance over the past 12 months. If you don't think they can then there is no other reason to be here..
