Swahili , right on with the oddity of naos getting the nod to buy the management rights. They profess EFG, this episode would have caught the attention of a less busy ASIC. Management with ethical issues as you outline are best avoided. Ethical stocks continue to outperform.
I foolishly have been waiting for a buyback to get out. Don't expect these Directors to do the right thing by shareholders. DYOR
