The Naos Group are a substantial shareholder in CGA. One of CGA's better clients is the LIC CIE. It looks to being attacked by Lanyon Funds. The prospective loss of guaranteed income has crashed CGA to a new low.
The revisiting of how Naos got control of CTN/NSC from CGA in the media will continue the bad run of negative publicity NCS gets for performance and governance. Expect the discount to blow out. DYOR
