Especially as they hunt in the mid cap and small cap sector of the market ! And that’s been the pits !
The small and the micro caps are always the last to run, but when they do, they really sprint. Obviously as the large caps reach their zenith, one way of increasing in size is to swallow the minnows. SEC has been fortunate in recent times with the numbers of their holdings being taken over. It IS frustrating to be down so much in a fund that has had a good track record. But as they say, to sell now would be to make true the saying about money moving from weak to strong hands. Patience and time (and expertise) should bring a resolution!
