Re their staffing... if you are successful and investors throw more money at you, then your operation expands and you need more staff !! 60% per annum is a one in a decade performance anyway - to expect anything like that is unfair and unreasonable unless you like throwing a dice !!! Sounds like you need to take your money and run !
