You generally find that the most successful LICs in terms of following and investor support are those that are the most transparent, eg BKI and ARG. Shareholders in CDM are left out in the dark. For example what is the percentage weighting of BHP compared with Syrah and Tietto Minerals? Are they overweight in BHP? This is pretty important in view of that company's recent rise.
