Spoke to Wayne and the buyback is restricted to shares issued through Div reinvest. There is not focus on taking advantage of the difference between NTA and actual value. They seem to have accepted that this diff will be with us for a long time to come.
Not sure why they advised 10M as this seemed very optimistic.
