@RnR you have seen things extremely clearly ! GA to you ! I continue to hold, but all your observations are entirely accurate. isnt it amazing that your average punter out there can see many of the pitfalls, but the fundies keep falling in ! Yes, ARQ !!! don't remind me !
And @geffa9, dont forget that much of the 12% would have been TSR with a lot of the divvy coming out of our capital ! If it was a straight 12% per annum, the SP should have doubled in 7 years !
