The momentum strategy is not working. There was a bit of a pop coming out of Covid. However, all that out performance has been given up. Instead of buying Meta platforms around October 22 they buy more when it is up more than 100%. This is also very tax inefficient. The buy back needs to restart and the whole investment process needs to be reviewed.
