Think they used to have a 4 percent rule where they couldn't invest more than 4 percent in a co but they could let the investment ride from 4 percent if they wanted ... ala ARQ's over exposure .....
The old re- balance would have saved CDM a fortune ....investing 101
they should rebound well when/ if the market has a recovery .....
I thought they were cheap around the 70c mark with divvy attached .....Ughhh .... another longer term gold by the looks of it ...
