Really?
The management presumably really believe that if all the shares held by CDM fell by 12% then the resulting new CDM share price would about match the new pre tax NTA.?!
In other words the discount to NTA would magically somehow evaporate during with a falling share portfolio value.
Ah!, the serenity.
