How do you know they sold out of HGG? They brought more Melbourne IT I see. The NTA will have to be around 1.15 pre-tax i reckon, but geared for recovery. The AU dollar has dropped also, which helps their overseas investments. They brought MQG at very cheap prices, not sure about HGG.
They have had a horrid 12 months, but so did ALF a few months back, and they got smashed and then recovered well. a strong buy IMO
