The manager is performing poorly compared to other similar benchmark funds. The focus of the Royal commission on vertically integrated fund management companies such as AMP and IOOF on the quality of internally owned subsidiary product recommendations . More recently the decimation of Evans Dixon for the same issues now falls on the Switzer/Contango vertically integrated operation. Unless switzer clients can vote against this cosy deal its highly unlikely the fight for fair fees or winding up of the fund could ever occur.
