So the independent directors have found two opportunities to deploy our capital in the last 12 months and both happen to be associated with Duxton entities? First Duxton Bees and now leasing land from Ed Peter. In the entire ag investing world, these are the two best uses of capital they have found?
I would put it to them the best option available is to put all land on the market and see if they can get the $2.57 per share they value it at.
