The reality is the stock trades at a 10% discount you can actually generate around a 1% return for the NTA each time you do buy a parcel.
If there is $100,000 of NTA and there is 100,000 shares on issue the NTA is $1.00 per share
If the stock trades at 90 cents a 10% discount to NTA and buy back $10,000 of shares at 90 cents you cancel 11111 shares and have an NTA of $90,000 but only 88,889 shares on issue , so increase the NTA per share by 2%
