Portfolio increased by 1.3% in Feb vs. 0.4% for the ASX 200 and index outperformance over the history of this LIC and yet it still trades at a discount to NTA.....can't work that out.
Add to that a FF yield of ~4% (6% gross) and hard to see why this LIC trades at a discount (compared to Wilson's other LICs).
I guess the market must feel that ASX200 is not likely to grow much, but a 17.5% performance (7% above the index) is hardly peanuts.
Anyway, will continue to collect 4-5% dividends until the market rerates this LIC
