Yes this is a great stock.
In the Update & NTA report it says "Since inception, the investment portfolio has increased 10.0% per annum". What does that mean ?
The share price & NTA haven't increased that much.
The gross assets in the Dec 2016 report were $225m and in this one they are $427m so that would be a lot more than 10%.
