Ok so for those who are following I have made a rough Google Sheet of WMI's top 20 holdings, that's all I can see of what they are holding. Using Google Sheets and other searches I can see what price they were at the end of last month (last months NTA) and their current price. Using this as a basis we can estimate what the performance of the stock will be.
Some limitations on this though.
1) That all stocks in this sheet are of equal holdings, ie. all 5% (which is wrong, I know) but I can't see what else they are holding.
2) Only 20 stocks listed, they hold more. So if the 20 do well, the others not in top 20 might do worse and even out. This is for estimations only.
3) Increase total portfolio by top 20 can make it seem like a better performance than it actually is.
4) To estimate new NTA, first I calculate performance of stocks from previous month (updated every 20 mins). Then I get the summation of the performance, multiply that by last months portfolio value (in millions) and get a current portfolio value. This is then divided by the number of shares allocated to finally get our NTA.
