I'm not sure what you are reading...
They paid a 3 cent divvy last month, and that is no longer reflected in the NTA of $1.04 per share.
They have stated they are paying out 100% of earnings as dividends. There won't be huge price growth in the stock.
There will be periods where we can expect far more than 6%pa in fully franked divvies though.
IMO this is a great international exposure LIC which operates on a different cycle to the rest of the markets in that they can buy assets classes not available to regular joes.
