In fairness to Pongo... this is a good forum to debate these things. We are all shareholders at the end of the day and want to see CYL successful. As more info has come in, its pretty clear this is a fantastic deal and will help take CYL to the next level... and I saw Pongo give plenty of ticks..
I'd always welcome constructive criticism here..
