    You'd be right in saying that...
    When DEV traded in the 0.70's it left behind a large shooting star candle on the daily chart
    The market cap was something like 260 million from memory it was at dizzy heights...
    I dumped a lot that day all above 0.70 in the last couple hours of trading...

    Food for thought...
    The last hour of trading is the most important because a shooting star is not a shooting star until the trading day ends.... it could of ended on the daily high...

    Actually posted all this the next day....so anyone listening could take advantage of the situation.....
