Debt went from $48m at June 2020 to $132m at June 2021 so they may use the remaining $58m of the facility up this year as the keep building the data centres.
Maybe they just increase the debt facility when the hit $180m of debt and a cap raise isnt needed?? Or i guess a sale and lease back could be an option? I suspect there would be plenty of interested buyers for that asset?
