Big stock rally for Dave and Aidan from $62. Fascinating time coming up once they use up their debt facility. Do they add another $100m of debt to $280m or raise equity.
Remember back 5 plus years ago when they had net cash and paid dividends and now they are just adding huge amounts of debt because the opportunity is so huge and rates are so low.
Big call indeed. Maybe they think this baby is worth $3bn plus so why not just borrow?
