The treatment of cancellations is a double whammy, not only are they going to recognise the CSM over the full term, but the term has also been pushed out from 12 - 15 years. I still can't understand what the "services" are for a policy post cancellation, let alone if the policy is cancelled in Year 5 what would those services be in Year 15?
