I think you are spot on. While the major revenue flow is not until the completion of Mega Line the sentiment can change in anticipation of that. Chips will become plentiful, programs will be announced, the ubermega line will be planned for the US or Europe and we will wonder at the foresight/nerve of those who topped up for under a buck.
