look at the timeline they posted for the broker briefing as they used the same timeline today. it looks they plan to stick to it.

The metallurgical testing will be ongoing until they settle on what process to use. Once that's done they will release findings while still optimising.
Main point now is for them to make they drill out indicated resource where the open pits will be so they can do PFS but also to increase the confidence in the resource.
Being all inferred resource does not instill enough confidence for more serious investors to start taking larger stakes and to hodle. Considering how shallow this resource is they can do it at much lower cost as they can use RC rigs for most part.
