They either have no idea about how to value this stock or they know exactly what's it worth and in the background they are one of the bigger entities buying up....... and they want it to stay cheap so they can get more.
Investment banks and brokers a like. They have one set of opinions they give to the public for free...... and their real opinion.... the one that has made them some good coin...... well you have to pay to get that
