Here's my take, Luciano and Tynan didn't see eye to eye, Luciano is a hard taskmaster it's said. This was fine when SP was close to NTA, but then Covid came along and some bad calls were made to where we are now. It got angrier and more stressful and Tynan cracked under pressure and got sick. Time to pull out....I reckon as simple as that...all IMO.
