With all your respect, that disclosure is on most ouncements excluding BB. It is just a general reminder, more stating the obvious for the slower people if you ask me. But i do agree that it will be relevant as obviously no JV has been established due to no PS announcement. Will be interesting how DP handles the grilling and what "new" if any is brought to the table....
